By using the Crysta CoolFix website (crystacoolfix.com) or booking a repair service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting a booking request.

1. About Our Services

Crysta CoolFix provides doorstep appliance repair and maintenance services for residential and commercial customers in South Delhi. Services include, but are not limited to, AC repair and servicing, refrigerator repair, washing machine repair, AC jet cleaning, appliance diagnosis, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).

All services are subject to technician availability in your area. We currently operate in 16 South Delhi neighborhoods. We reserve the right to decline a service booking if the location falls outside our serviceable area.

2. Booking and Scheduling

A booking request submitted through our website, phone, or WhatsApp is a request for service — it is not a confirmed appointment until acknowledged by our team. We will contact you to confirm the visit date and time based on technician availability.

  • You must be present or have an authorized adult available at the service address during the scheduled visit.
  • Access to the appliance and a safe working environment must be provided to the technician.
  • If you are unavailable at the agreed time without prior notice, a revisit charge may apply.

3. Diagnosis and Estimates

Every service visit begins with a diagnosis of the appliance fault. After identifying the issue, the technician will provide a service estimate including labour and any required spare parts.

  • No repair work begins without your approval of the estimate.
  • A diagnosis or visit charge may apply even if you choose not to proceed with the repair after receiving the estimate.
  • Estimates are provided in good faith based on the visible fault. If additional issues are discovered during repair, you will be informed before additional work is done.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service charges depend on the type of appliance, the nature of the fault, and the spare parts required. All charges are communicated and agreed upon before work starts.

  • Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash and common digital payment methods.
  • Prices listed in any promotional material are indicative and may vary based on the actual fault assessment.

5. Warranty on Repairs

Crysta CoolFix provides a 90-day warranty on completed repairs, covering both labour and the specific spare parts replaced during that service.

  • The warranty applies only to the specific fault that was diagnosed and repaired in that visit.
  • The warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with, repaired by a third party, or subjected to misuse, power surge, or physical damage after our service.
  • Consumables (e.g., gas refill, filters) are not covered under the warranty.
  • To claim a warranty, please contact us within 90 days of the service date. We will investigate and resolve the issue at no additional charge if it falls within the warranty scope.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and safe service visit, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance fault when booking.
  • Ensure the appliance is accessible and the working area is reasonably clear.
  • Inform us in advance if the scheduled appointment needs to be changed or cancelled.
  • Treat our technicians with respect. We reserve the right to discontinue a service visit if our team is subjected to abusive or threatening behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crysta CoolFix takes reasonable care while performing all services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing faults or damage to the appliance that were not visible during initial diagnosis.
  • Damage caused by power fluctuations, voltage surges, or electrical issues in your premises.
  • Loss of stored data, food spoilage, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from appliance downtime.
  • Delays in service scheduling due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, technician illness, or part unavailability.

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Crysta CoolFix reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment due to technician unavailability, weather conditions, or other operational factors. We will notify you as early as possible and arrange an alternative time.

9. Website Use

The content on crystacoolfix.com is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate, we make no guarantees about its completeness or suitability for any purpose.

You must not use our website in any way that causes disruption or harm to the site or its functionality, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our server or systems.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
